From £150 + VAT for one appliance, £175 + VAT for two, £200 + VAT for three and £225 + VAT for four. Quotes are fixed and written, with no call-out fee.
Who needs a gas safety record for a commercial property?
Under Regulation 35 of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, employers and self-employed people must keep workplace gas appliances, pipework and flues under their control safe. Under Regulation 36, landlords of relevant premises need a gas safety check, generally every 12 months. A gas safety record is the written evidence of that inspection.
