Official Gas Safe Register
Every certificate we issue is the official Gas Safe Register document — the only proof of compliance recognised by HSE, insurers, councils and landlords across the UK.

A commercial gas safety certificate is a legal document that proves every gas appliance, fitting, and flue in your business premises has been inspected and found safe by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, all commercial premises using gas must hold a valid certificate.
The certificate covers boilers, water heaters, ovens, grills, fryers, warm air heaters, and any other gas-fired equipment on your premises. After a thorough inspection, the engineer records their findings and issues the appropriate certificate — such as a CP42 for commercial catering, CP17 for new installations, or CP44 for mobile catering units.
Our Gas Safe registered engineer will check every gas appliance for safe operation, inspect the pipework for leaks, test flue performance and ventilation, and verify the gas meter isolation valve. Each appliance is tested under load and at standing pressure. If everything passes, you receive your certificate on the spot. If a fault is found, the engineer will explain the issue and provide a quote for remedial work. Read more about our inspection process and guarantees.
For maintenance planning and the difference between servicing and safety checks, read our commercial gas servicing frequency guide.

Booked a commercial gas safety certificate for our restaurant kitchen. The engineer arrived on time, tested all five appliances, and handed us the certificate before he left. Couldn't ask for more.
Needed an urgent CP42 certificate for an Environmental Health inspection the next day. They sent an engineer the same evening and we had everything sorted by morning. Lifesaver.
We manage several commercial properties across London and use these guys for all our annual gas safety certificates. Reliable, competitively priced, and always flexible on timing.
Had our mobile catering trailer inspected for a CP44 certificate ahead of festival season. The engineer was thorough, explained every check, and the price was exactly as quoted.

Our engineer examines every gas appliance, pipe run, and fitting for wear, corrosion, or non-compliant installation before any testing begins.
We pressurise the gas pipework downstream of the meter and monitor for any drop, confirming no leaks exist within your installation.
We verify that all flues draw correctly and combustion gases are safely evacuated, protecting your premises from carbon monoxide build-up.
Using calibrated flue-gas analysers, we measure CO, CO₂, and O₂ concentrations to confirm each appliance burns efficiently and within safe limits.
Once every check passes, your Gas Safe registered engineer issues the relevant certificate immediately — no waiting, no follow-up visits.

By regulation, our engineers inspect and test the gas installation from the outlet of the gas meter onwards. Everything upstream — the service pipe and the meter itself — falls under the gas transporter's responsibility.

Every appliance inspected receives one of three classifications. Knowing what each means helps you respond quickly and keep your business running safely.

The appliance meets all current standards and is safe to operate. Simply schedule your next annual check and continue trading with confidence.
The appliance falls short of current standards but poses no immediate threat to life. Continued use is at the responsible person's discretion while remedial work is arranged promptly.
The appliance poses an immediate risk to life. The engineer must disconnect and isolate it on the spot. Reconnection is only permitted after a qualified repair and a fresh safety inspection.
We also service the equipment we can't certify — fridges, freezers and AC. One call, one engineer team.
